Contactless handling of documents

Shipping documents can be scanned at the kiosk during self-registration. This information is immediately saved in the visitor profile for future processing and referencing.

When a driver checks out, documents can be printed and signed at the registration desk or on glass at the exit kiosk. These documents are also saved digitally in your yard management software and will be ready for processing when the driver checks out. At the check-out kiosk, he can print the finalised document.

The transfer desk can see at a glance what transports are ready to depart and which documents are still missing from Peripass’s visitor list. This way, they are always focused on the right priorities.

Documents can be manually or automatically uploaded from your ERP/WMS/TMS. Afterwards, they will all be saved in your YMS. A fully paperless process demands far-reaching coordination within the diverse logistics landscape. Have drivers sign documents digitally in a classic sign-on-glass module. This will keep your logistics processes paperless but allow the driver to depart with a printout for their company’s administration.

Drivers identify themselves at the kiosk with the unique code they receive by text message. This extra data verification is built into our digital signature and stored in your YMS.
