Multilingual communication through SMS

After using the self-registration, whether it is on a kiosk or mobile, drivers receive an SMS in their preferred language. These automated messages detail all relevant information at the right time. No docks available for them? “Please wait at the waiting parking.” Time to head inside and to the dock? “Enter the site through the barrier with PIN code 5487 and go to dock D7.” You choose the exact messages and the amount to suit your logistics flow.

Peripass supports multiple languages

Peripass offers a mobile driver portal for recurring or pre-approved drivers, enabling fast-lane registration directly from drivers’ personal mobile phones. Without the need for app installation.

This mobile driver portal reflects the functionality of the physical kiosks, allowing drivers to complete registration processes seamlessly. For recurring drivers, it is possible to pre-fill certain information like name of phone number.

Communication across the yard

When all communication is automated and traceable, everyone has the same information available. This means that your dispatchers can expect drivers, thanks to the connection with Transporeon, to see what drivers have arrived on the site, dispatch the correct shipment, and know the driver will be arriving soon. In the meantime, the SAP connection with Peripass means that the warehouse knows at which dock the truck will arrive, and can prepare accordingly.
