The Yard Operator App makes it easy to create a traceable path off all tasks completed. Thanks to the transparent communication between the centralised data in Peripass and the App out in the yard, all data is stored in your YMS.

Define your own workflows

Organize task management so that it matches your operations. Define the various steps in a task or inspection and combine them in a reusable template. These templates can specify the steps of, e.g. a 7-point check or the number of pictures necessary to be considered a thorough cleanliness check.

Real-time monitoring and overview

Real-time updates give both the dispatcher and the operator the correct picture of the priorities and current situation. The dispatching dashboard and the Yard Operator App work together, syncing the information registered in one to the other.

Work offline when you need to

The Yard Operator App will continue to work in the farthest corners of your site where you may not have an internet connection. When your operator comes back into reach of your 4G or Wi-Fi, the App will automatically sync with the dispatcher dashboard, creating a continuous loop of feedback and real-time data.

Define flows for your assets to improve your logistics site

Optimise your logistics flow by defining the possible active workflows on your site. An example of such a flow is shunter drivers moving empty trailers to loading docks, where truck drivers pick them up once loaded. Based on these predetermined flows, you create a set of triggers and actions. All workflows can be configured in your business rules engine.

You simply define what action happens after:

an asset’s status changes (e.g. “empty” to “loaded”)
an asset’s location changes (e.g. from “expected” to “dropped off at a parking spot”)
when a task related to an asset is finished (e.g. trailer was moved from the dock to a parking spot).
