With the Yard Assistant App (available on iOS and Android), you can assign tasks, dispatch trucks, or automate task assignment for shunter drivers and security staff.

All work done is stored digitally, so it is easy to create a traceable path of all completed tasks. If a carrier argues their trailer was damaged in your yard, you can easily disprove or verify it.

Organize task management so that it matches your operations. Define and combine the various tasks or inspection steps in a reusable template. These templates can specify the steps of, e.g. a 7-point check or the number of pictures necessary to be considered a thorough cleanliness check.

Optimise your logistics flow by defining the possible active workflows on your site. An example of such a flow is shunter drivers moving empty trailers to loading docks, where truck drivers pick them up once loaded. You create a set of triggers and actions based on these predetermined flows. All workflows can be configured in your business rules engine.

Your account stores all work done and to-do’s checked off. Keep a digital record of all yard operator movements: verify timestamps, check pictures, and see progress. This way, you avoid misunderstandings and communication problems.

The Yard Assistant App will continue to work in the farthest corners of your site where you may not have an internet connection. When your operator comes back into reach of your 4G or Wi-Fi, the App will automatically sync with the dispatcher dashboard, creating a continuous loop of feedback and real-time data.
