Self-service registration

The Self-Service software of Peripass provides all the building blocks for having drivers, visitors, or contractors register digitally on logistics sites. Configure your ideal registration flows and collect all information in your visitor profiles.

Use the registration type that is most suitable for your location: mobile, indoor, or outdoor kiosk. From the first point of contact to the last, the Self-Service Engine facilitates easy, multilingual and clear communication.

The Driver Self-Service takes every visitor through the registration process step-by-step so you get all the required information. You can manage, expand and configure the system yourself to let it grow with your needs and desired functions.

They are prompted to fill in the appropriate information depending on why they are at your gate. Are they dropping off a full trailer? Are they here for live loading? Are they the weekly trash collection? In their visitor profile, they only find relevant information.

The Self-Service software supports virtually every language. With the configurable YMS business rules engine, you can easily add your own content in any language you wish to provide.

Once registration is complete, drivers receive an SMS in their chosen language detailing their next steps. “Wait in your truck, drive to the waiting parking, and access the site”… All are pre-configured by you, and all information gets stored in their own visitor profile.
